Job Summary
Careerly Consulting is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Executives for its Solar Division. The role involves field marketing activities such as door-to-door awareness campaigns and canopy marketing to generate customer leads for rooftop solar solutions.
This position is ideal for freshers and candidates who enjoy interacting with people and working in the field. The role focuses on lead generation and customer awareness. There are no sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door marketing activities in assigned areas.
- Promote awareness about rooftop solar solutions and their benefits.
- Set up and manage canopy marketing campaigns.
- Generate and collect customer leads and basic contact information.
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain daily reports of marketing activities and leads generated.
- Coordinate with the sales team by sharing qualified leads.
- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduates are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel within Lucknow.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors.
