We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Strategic Sector as a Lead NDT Inspector.
Job Purpose:
To ensure that products, materials, and processes meet the required quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform NDT inspection UT & LPT in Plate/Sheets/Round Bar/Forged Bar.
- Interpret the NDT results and evaluate the acceptance criteria as per standards
- Ensure Compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME,ASTM,ISO,API
- Calibrate and maintain the NDT inspection equipments/Instruments and Handling the Auto UT machine.
- Inspection of In process material and Finish Product.
- Third Party inspection co-ordination and execution
- Preparing of Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection procedures and SOPs
- Handle customer Complaints related to Quality defects.
- Safe working at all levels during inspection and testing
Qualifications & Experience:
- Regular Diploma in Mech. Engg / Material science/B.Sc Degree
- ASNT Level-II, UT, LPT Certified, Preferably from Govt./ Institute of Repute
- ISNT UT Level – II is additional Qualification
- Work Experience 6-8 Years in Steel and Fabrication/manufacturing industries.
- Approved NDT inspector from VSSC/ISRO or other Govt agencies will be preferred.

- Knowledge of Safe work practices
- Knowledge of MS Office/SAP
- Awareness of ISO and Quality Management System
