DRO Milling Machine Operator (2–3 Years Experience)
Rooster Automation & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled DRO Milling Machine Operator with 2–3 years of experience in precision machining. The candidate will be responsible for operating manual milling machines with Digital Readout (DRO) systems, reading engineering drawings, setting up jobs, selecting cutting tools, and machining components to specified dimensions and tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual milling machines with DRO systems.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Set up workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools.
- Machine components as per drawing specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
- ITI (Machinist/Turner/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience operating DRO milling machines.
- Good knowledge of machining practices and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
