About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Innovative Group, specifically for handling outbound calls & Follow-up calls, Inbound calls , and converting leads into confirmed admissions or registrations for our courses and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries
- Good communication Skills
- Documents management
- Gen AI Tools Knowledge
- Explain course offerings, program details, and event participation options
- Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into successful sales
- Follow up with prospective students clients etc.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns
- Assist in on-ground promotional activities and campaigns when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or education sales preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages
- Ability to handle high call volumes and follow up diligently
- Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
