Finagal Multiserve LLP is a growing insurance consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure seamless client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain client records and update data accurately in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Prepare quotations, policy documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office files, documents, and digital records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients and insurance company representatives.
- Track policy renewals and send timely reminders to clients.
- Follow up on pending documentation and payments.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain office supplies and support general administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using email, WhatsApp Business, and internet applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS or equivalent preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, back-office operations, customer service, or insurance.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Woman who have taken a break in carrier can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
