Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Pune.
This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who combines strong technical recruitment expertise with strategic thinking and excellent stakeholder management.
You will partner closely with business leaders, practice heads, and hiring managers to build high-quality talent pipelines and deliver exceptional talent across our technology and consulting practices.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys headhunting, working on challenging technology roles, engaging senior stakeholders, and building talent strategies in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders, practice heads, and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding and sourcing to screening, interview management and offer negotiation.

Lead recruitment for technology roles across areas such as:

Oracle Cloud – SCM, ERP, EPM, PLM, Manufacturing and related technologies

Salesforce – including Agentforce, Data Cloud and related capabilities
-
Data & AI – Databricks, Data Engineering, DataOps, Analytics, BI, AI/ML, AI Agents and MLOps
-
Cloud and enterprise technologies
-
Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product and functional consulting roles
Colleague graduates

Drive proactive sourcing and headhunting for critical and niche positions.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.

Engage passive candidates through targeted and personalized outreach across LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct effective candidate screening and competency-based interviews to assess technical experience, consulting capability, communication, and overall fit.

Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and ensure high-quality and timely hiring decisions.

Build trusted relationships with candidates and ensure an engaging and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Manage offer discussions and negotiations and work closely with HR and business stakeholders to successfully close candidates.

Track recruitment metrics and pipeline health and use data to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and talent attraction initiatives.

Manage external recruitment partners and vendors when required.

Support hiring for corporate, operational, and other non-technical positions as business needs evolve.

8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment, preferably in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology.

Strong experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with proven ownership of senior and niche hiring.

Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing, headhunting and passive candidate engagement.

Experience recruiting for one or more of the following technology areas: Oracle, Salesforce, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Databricks, Data Engineering, DataOps, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.

Strong ability to understand complex technical requirements and assess candidate suitability in partnership with technical stakeholders.
-
Proven experience working with senior hiring managers, business leaders, and practice heads.
-
Strong knowledge of technology talent markets and the ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-find skills.

Experience using ATS platforms.

Strong offer management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage.
