The Team
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards EMEA, this position is responsible for providing analysis and reporting for all A&M pay programs along with, establishing and monitoring processes that support these programs. Provide day-today support of all benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation and systems interfaces and updates, compliance reporting and compensation project management
How you will contribute
- Assist in developing and implementing processes, programs and tools that support the business in maintaining market competitiveness in recruitment and retention
- Benchmark, analyze, review and provide recommendations on compensation at country level
- Participate in and maintain all salary surveys and engage with industry and professional peers in order to gain greater market insight
- Monitor pay plans and practices to ensure they remain competitive for internal and external markets
- Perform regular and ad-hoc market pricing exercises and pay projects
- Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation
- Participate in salary budget planning
- Perform modelling of variable pay plan proposals
- Participate in due diligence analysis during mergers and acquisitions
- Assist in communication of compensation information to employees, HR and management
- Stay up to date on European compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure Company compliance
- Help prepare government filings, plan audits, or other tax-reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines, Gender Pay Gap Analysis and EU Pay Transparency
- Support the annual compensation processes such as merit review, bonus planning, salary surveys, etc.
- Respond to employee queries on compensation and benefit matters
- Coach and assist in development of new team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology or general Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-national corporate environment supporting complex compensation analytics and processes
- Good knowledge of compensation practices in the UK and other European countries
- Good understanding of job analysis, job grading and benchmarking
- Familiarity with major data providers and their systems
- Proven ability to analyze complex information and data and communicate findings clearly and effectively
- Strong technical skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) required; good working knowledge HR systems such as Workday, Success factors or PeopleSoft
- Some experience with major HR consultancies such as Willis Towers Watson or Mercer a plus
