Job Responsibility:
Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily operational tasks within the investment team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Transaction Processing: Handle trade settlements, reconciliations, and the processing of investment transactions.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
System Management: Utilize and manage investment management software Investwell and systems to streamline operations.
Problem-Solving: Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Skill:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Understanding of investment products, trading procedures, and financial markets.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in with Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Cource or prectical knowledge of investment management software - Investwell.
Experience: Minimum 3 years exp. required.
