Warehouse Dispatch Executive (E-commerce Industry)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Dispatch Executive with prior experience in the E-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, order processing, shipment coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for e-commerce orders.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, labeling, and shipment processing.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders as per delivery schedules and SLA requirements.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for smooth shipment movement.
- Monitor daily dispatch reports and update shipment status in the system.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch to minimize returns and delivery issues.
- Handle inventory reconciliation related to dispatched orders.
- Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and customer support teams to resolve dispatch-related concerns.
- Maintain records of shipments, returns, and dispatch performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse dispatch processes in an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with courier aggregators, logistics partners, and order management systems.
- Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and warehouse software.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Warehouse Dispatch within an E-commerce company.
- Experience working with online marketplaces and D2C order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of shipping, logistics coordination, and order tracking processes.
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in E-commerce warehouse operations is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
