In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Serve as the global authority on cybersecurity within the MSS business unit, providing guidance to local and global teams.
- Develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies tailored to the unique challenges of hydrocarbon measurement and custody transfer systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into our product design and development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of our systems and propose mitigation strategies.
- Design and implement advanced cybersecurity architectures that align with industry standards (e.g., IEC 62443) and client-specific requirements.
- Lead the development of security policies, procedures, and best practices for our engineered solutions.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on cybersecurity matters, addressing their concerns and requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies in industrial cybersecurity, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
- Contribute to proposal development, ensuring accurate scoping and pricing of cybersecurity components.
- Deliver training and workshops to internal teams and clients on cybersecurity best practices in industrial control systems
- Ensuring systems are properly budgeted and proposals provide clarity for the scope / BOM envisaged to internal stake holders as well as clients.
- Reviewing and updating the cybersecurity portions of Functional Design Specifications.
- Ensuring systems are properly configured, optimized, and assessed during execution stage.
- Review and provide solution for customer’s security procedures and concepts.

- Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants with customers in developing best practices and security standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, SIEM solutions, NSM, whitelisting, patch management, etc.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are a plus
- Experience and knowledge of defense in depth, trust levels, privileges, and permissions.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV, Movicon and Plant web solutions is highly desirable • Analytical thinking ability and good team player.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes
- Familiarity with hydrocarbon measurement principles and custody transfer operations is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years on Industrial Control System(ICS) and SCADA environment.
Working as a cybersecurity professional with specific expertise in Industrial control system security. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity standard relevant to the oil and gas industry (e.g..IEC62443, NIST SP 800-82).
