Job Summary
In this challenging position as Customer Support executive, you will be managing the customer support activities (mainly email, call and Chat support) for a fast growing USA Ecommerce Services Company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To provide email, call, chat support for international customers
- Take part in daily stand-up meetings
- Utilize and build FAQs, Solution Guides and Knowledge Base
- Maintain up to date and accurate process documentation Compile requirements for IT for new developments
- Support requests from senior management
- Fluency in English is Must. (US Slang)
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Self-driven and goal orientated + strong organizational talent.
- A positive can-do attitude and collaborate with international teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
