Job Responsibilities:
HR Personnel
Handling PF, ESIC & Labour Law compliance
Maintaining all statutory registers and records
Salary processing & payroll management
Employee documentation and HR operations
Coordination with government departments and inspections
Requirements:
MBA / MSW in HR or Personnel Management
6 years of relevant HR experience
Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws & Payroll
Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
