Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions for Dental Assistant and related healthcare programs.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.
- Guide students in clinical procedures and best practices.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and student evaluations.
- Mentor students and provide academic support.
- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.
Qualifications
- BDS (Mandatory)
- MDS preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid registration with the State Dental Council/DCI preferred.
- Teaching or clinical experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
