- Basic Configuration
- Routing and troubleshooting
- Configuration and troubleshooting of BSNL & MTNL MPLS Links
- Coordination for Network Support
- Customer communication and Escalation Handling
- Coordination & Follow up for new commissioning of MTNL and BSNL MPLS
- Reports and presentation
- MS office (Excel)
