Aviv Digital is looking for dynamic, energetic, and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing Ed-Tech team. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy connecting with people, and love helping students build successful careers, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms
- Build relationships with prospective students and clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses and career programs
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments/admissions
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer engagement
- Update CRM and support the admission/onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversions and student experience
Eligibility & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Academic Counseling, or Ed-Tech industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
