We specialize in cloud transformation, DevOps, infrastructure automation, and managed cloud operations, enabling organizations to build scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments on AWS.Our flagship SaaS platform, Tevico, is an intelligent cloud governance and observability platform that helps enterprises improve reliability, optimize costs, strengthen security, and automate operational workflows across AWS environments.As an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, Comprinno helps customers migrate, modernize, secure, and manage cloud environments while adopting emerging technologies such as Data Analytics, AI, and Generative AI.About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CloudOps Engineer – L1 to join our Managed Services team.This role is responsible for managing day-to-day AWS cloud operations 24/7 in rotational shifts, resolving escalated incidents, maintaining infrastructure reliability, implementing monitoring and automation solutions, and ensuring adherence to customer SLAs and operational standards.The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, cloud computing, and troubleshooting, along with a passion for learning AWS and cloud operations. You will work closely with senior CloudOps Engineers and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise cloud environments.This role serves as the first line of operational support and plays a critical role in ensuring customer environments remain healthy, secure, and available.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Monitoring & Operations
- Monitor AWS cloud environments using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform routine health checks and operational validation activities.
- Monitor infrastructure components including:
- EC2 Instances
- RDS Databases
- EKS Clusters
- Load Balancers
- Storage Services
- Network Components
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 and L3 CloudOps teams.
Incident Management
- Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of infrastructure alerts and incidents.
- Create, update, and manage incident tickets using ITSM tools.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks during incident handling.
- Ensure proper documentation of troubleshooting activities and resolution steps.
- Support major incident management activities under guidance from senior engineers.
Infrastructure Administration
- Assist with user management, access requests, and basic infrastructure administration activities.
- Support operating system patching and maintenance activities.
- Execute approved operational changes following documented procedures.
- Assist with backup verification and recovery validation activities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as assigned.
Monitoring & Observability
- Monitor dashboards and alerting systems to ensure service availability.
- Assist in maintaining monitoring configurations and alert thresholds.
- Support reporting on infrastructure availability and operational health.
- Learn and work with observability tools such as:
- Amazon CloudWatch
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- Tevico
Security & Compliance Support
- Support implementation of basic security controls and operational security practices.
- Assist with monitoring security findings and alerts.
- Perform periodic access reviews and account validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer operational procedures and policies.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Update operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Managed Services team.
Learning & Professional Development
- Build expertise in AWS cloud services and managed operations.
- Participate in certification programs and internal training initiatives.
- Develop troubleshooting, automation, and cloud administration skills.
- Work closely with senior engineers to gain hands-on operational experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.Tech.) in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electronics & Telecommunications
- Related technical disciplines
- 0–2 years of experience in Technical Support, System Administration, Cloud Operations, NOC, Helpdesk, or Infrastructure Support roles.
- Basic understanding of:

- Operating Systems
- Familiarity with AWS cloud concepts and services.
- Basic knowledge of:

- Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call support rotations.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- AWS Solutions Architect – Associate (or actively pursuing certification).
- Linux certifications such as RHCSA or Linux Essentials.
- Familiarity with:
- Bash Scripting

- Docker
- Kubernetes Concepts
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience working with ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
