Our long-term vision is ambitious, to build a brand that achieves what traditional legacy brands accomplished over decades, but at a much faster pace.
Role Overview :-
We are looking for a Factory Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of daily factory operations. This is a highly hands-on, on-ground role suited for someone who is practical, disciplined, and comfortable managing labour, materials, and factory processes.

Coordinate material loading and unloading activities.
Manage labour and allocate daily tasks effectively.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for operational requirements.
Identify and resolve day-to-day factory operational issues.
Ensure machines and equipment are functioning properly.
Coordinate basic machine maintenance and repairs when required.
Ensure work is completed within defined timelines.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in factory operations, plant operations, warehouse operations, or manufacturing operations.
Hands-on experience managing labour and factory-floor activities.
Comfortable with material handling, loading/unloading, and operational coordination.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic data record management.
Strong ownership, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a 6-day, factory-based role.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience coordinating with vendors and maintenance teams.
Exposure to inventory or material management.
Food industry experience is not mandatory.
