Role: Architect – 3D Design & Visualization
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong proficiency in 3D designing, architectural visualization, and design development. The candidate should have a good understanding of architectural planning, materials, proportions, and construction detailing, along with the ability to create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic architectural renders.
- Work closely with the design and architecture team to develop projects from concept to execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members.
- Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and project documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, design quality, and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Contribute creative ideas and maintain a professional design approach.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in 3D design and architectural visualization software.
- Good knowledge of architectural design, planning, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in architecture/interior projects will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
