About the role: You'll be one of the first hires at an early-stage advertising startup building a new OOH media format across Mumbai. This is a ground-up role — no existing playbook, no hand-holding. You'll manage a small field survey team, research and map our manufacturer and distributor network, make first contact, and help set up vendor meetings.
What you'll actually do:
- Manage 2 part-time field surveyors collecting vendor data across Mumbai wholesale markets
- Research manufacturers and distributors independently
- Make cold calls, qualify leads, schedule meetings with them
- Document findings systematically (Advanced Excel)
- Accompany founder to key vendor meetings and build relations.
What we're looking for:
- 3–4 years experience in operations, supply chain, field sales, or distribution
- Comfortable with daily field work and cold outreach
- Owns problems instead of waiting for direction
- Based in or willing to travel across Mumbai
- Smartphone required
