We're Hiring | Head – Service Delivery & Operations
Location: Bangalore
Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for driving operational excellence, service transformation, and customer-centric delivery? We are looking for a Head – Service Delivery & Operations to lead end-to-end IT service delivery across the organization and play a key role in building a high-performing, scalable, and business-aligned IT services function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT Service Delivery & Operations across multiple technology domains.
- Drive operational excellence, service quality, availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Availability, and Service Continuity Management.
- Establish governance frameworks, service reviews, operational dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Lead automation, process standardization, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align IT services with strategic business objectives.
- Manage vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners to ensure SLA compliance and value realization.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, or Managed Services.
- Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-functional IT organizations.
- Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), governance, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with executive leadership in complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to Enterprise Applications, Cloud Infrastructure, Manufacturing Systems, Quality & Compliance Platforms, and Digital Operations.
- ITIL, PMP, COBIT, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
