Club House Manager
The Club House Manager is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, administration, and member experience of the clubhouse and its facilities. The role ensures smooth daily operations, high service standards, facility upkeep, staff supervision, event coordination, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee day-to-day clubhouse operations.
- Ensure all facilities (gym, swimming pool, banquet hall, sports courts, recreation areas, etc.) are well-maintained and operational.
- Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping, and facility presentation.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Member & Guest Services
- Ensure excellent customer service for members and guests.
- Address member inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Develop initiatives to improve member satisfaction and engagement.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clubhouse staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
Event & Activity Coordination
- Plan and oversee social, recreational, and community events.
- Coordinate bookings for halls, meetings, and special functions.
- Liaise with vendors, decorators, caterers, and event organizers.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage clubhouse budgets.
- Monitor expenses and control operating costs.
- Track revenue from memberships, events, and facility rentals.
- Approve invoices and maintain financial records.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Manage emergency response procedures and incident reporting.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors.
- Negotiate and monitor service contracts.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of outsourced services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in clubhouse, hospitality, facility, or property management.
- Experience managing staff and customer-facing operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Club house manager: 3 years (Preferred)
