Adgion Technology Pvt Ltd is hiring Tele Sales Executives for Synqer.io. Candidates will connect with business owners over calls, explain company services, generate customer interest, and assist clients during the onboarding process.
Training, support, and customer data will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities
Call potential clients and business owners
Explain Synqer.io products and services
Generate leads and customer interest
Assist customers with onboarding
Follow up with interested leads
Maintain daily work updates
Earnings Structure (Per Month)
Up to 10 Onboardings → ₹300 per onboarding
Up to 20 Onboardings → ₹400 per onboarding
Above 20 Onboardings → ₹500 per onboarding
Incentive & Salary Structure
Incentives provided up to 40 successful onboardings
After 40 onboardings, eligible for ₹5,000 fixed monthly salary plus incentives*
