Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food quality, kitchen management, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and supervise café food items with consistent quality and taste
- Plan and update the café menu as required
- Manage daily kitchen operations and kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are followed
- Control food cost, inventory, and minimize wastage
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food
- Train and guide kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef
- Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
