Job Summary
The L3 IAM Security Engineer serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for One Identity Manager, PingID , DWGM and WAMS This role is responsible for solution architecture, Microsoft connector integration, platform optimization, governance, and escalation support for complex security incidents and infrastructure issues. The position provides technical leadership to L1/L2 teams and drives continuous improvement of IAM Tool.
Key Responsibilities
Must have 8+ years of experience in IAM and Implementation of OIM (One Identity Manager)\\r\\n• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise OIM, Alice \\r\\n• Design, implement, administer, and optimize One Identity Manager (OIM) across enterprise environments. \\r\\n• Lead deployment, migration, upgrade, and integration projects for IAM\\r\\n• Capable of conducting the current environment Assessment and Design/deployment of new OIM accordingly\\r\\n• Lead investigation and resolution of critical security incidents\\r\\n• Support the integration of OIM with key enterprise systems and services link EntraID , EntraID Connector, Service now, M365 Services\\r\\n• Support provisioning workflows for Microsoft 365 services through OIM\\r\\n• Configure, test, and validate the connectors to ensure they meet functional and integration requirements.\\r\\n• Assist in resolving Exchange hybrid mode dependencies and support adoption of provisioning workflows and Ensure adherence to predefined standards throughout implementation and transition activities.\\r\\n• Implement require service requests in SNOW related to OIM\\r\\n• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives through platform tuning, automation, orchestration, and operational process optimization. \\r\\n• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), evaluate emerging OIM technologies, and provide strategic recommendations for future security enhancements. \\r\\n• Collaborate with SOC, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Endpoint Management teams to strengthen detection, response, and security operations capabilities. \\r\\n• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, standards, and knowledge base articles. \\r\\n• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer to L1 and L2 engineers. \\r\\n
Skill Requirements
Prepare executive reports, security posture assessments, compliance reports, risk analyses, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and management. \\r\\n• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities while ensuring adherence to organizational security requirements and best practices.\\r\\n
