We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and drive field sales for our HRMS SaaS solutions. The role involves managing on-ground sales activities, building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive field sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demos
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales
- Preferably from HRMS, ERP, or software solutions background
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage territory sales
- Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred:
- Experience in HR Tech / Payroll / Workforce Management solutions
- Exposure to channel sales or partner management
