Key Responsibilities
Business Generation
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across asset management companies (AMCs),mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, treasuries, family offices, and wealth managers.
- Drive business volumes and profitability through fixed income solutions, especially corporate bonds. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build deep, trust-based relationships at senior decision-maker levels with existing and prospective clients.
- Be a trusted information partner — provide timely market insights, product updates, and tailored investment opportunities to sophisticated investors.
- Understand unique client needs and ensure high satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Sourcing
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings in the Indian corporate bond and fixed income space.
- Proactively identify and recommend investment opportunities that create value for clients.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal product, research, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Share client feedback to help enhance product features and support continuous innovation. Reporting & Target Achievement
- Track, analyse, and report on pipeline, business transacted, and overall profitability from client segments.
- Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and profit targets aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience Required 2–10 years in business development, strategic sales, or relationship management within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of selling to AMCs, mutual funds, treasuries, family offices, PMS,AIFs, and wealth managers in India.
- Demonstrated ability to transact across fixed income products, especially corporate bonds.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep network among investment decision-makers in the Indian market.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, regulatory landscape, and emerging investment trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — able to influence at senior levels and distil complex ideas simply.
- High degree of integrity, analytical ability, and strategic vision.
- Results-oriented self-starter who thrives on ownership, independence, and challenging targets.
- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent preferred but not compulsory.

Pay: ₹13,968.87 - ₹158,226.35 per month
