The company is recruiting ‘Sales and Marketing Executive’ to manage and build export sales for our key products. This will include key account management, business development, customer relationship building, follow ups and negotiations. Candidates preferred with fluent English, good business communication skills, confident and pleasing personality to meet clients, Enthusiasm to travel, capability and confidence of handling Sales and Marketing/Business development/Client relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
2. Ability to convert leads to order.
3. Communicate to understand customer needs and push our products to increase Sales.
4. Attend industry events, gatherings, exhibitions to build and maintain strong relations with clients.
5. Confidence to handle customers, negotiate and convince for Sales.
Qualification: MBA/ Post Graduate/Graduate Candidates from Commerce/ Economics/ Management/ Business/ International Business/ Marketing / English/ Mass Communication/ Any other related field from' Full Time- On Campus' degree with first division from any reputed university.
Experience: 5 -10 years with proven track record of Sales /marketing/business development/ Industrial Sales/ Export and Domestic Sales are invited.
Salary: Attractive Salary depending on qualification, skills and experience. Performance based Incentives after completing Probation period.

1. Pleasing, energetic and confident personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent and effective communication, Fluent English.
3. Good command on MS-Word, Excel/Advance Excel, Power point, Email communication.
4. Proven ability for Sales/ marketing/ customer handling/ relationship management/ Business development
5. Highly organized and systematic working
