We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections & working drawings.
- Develop 2D/3D designs and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors & site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.
- Ensure designs comply with building bylaws and standards.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications and project documentation.
Requirements:
- B.Arch. degree.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray & Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of architectural detailing and construction.
- Strong design, communication and coordination skills.
- Relevant experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
