Job Responsibilities
- Procure food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Create and manage purchase orders and supplier records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with stores and kitchen teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain procurement documentation, invoices, and reports.
- Support cost-control initiatives and supplier performance evaluations.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of purchasing experience in the F&B, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management systems.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
