· Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system configuration.
· Configure, implement and support Oracle Finance modules (General Ledger, Payables, Receivable, Assets, Cash Management, Sub ledger Accounting with EbTax) and Projects (Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Management, Project Controls and Grants).
· Provide expertise in Procurement to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Project to Cash (P2C) cycles.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business processes, functional designs and testing scenarios, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
· Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues according to SLAs.
· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between the systems.
· Ensure adherence to best practices, business processes, and accounting standards across Oracle modules.
· Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, working within an Onsite- Offshore delivery model.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Consultant.
- Extensive implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 with Finance and Projects modules.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
