Role and responsibilities:-
- Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
- Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling
- Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
- Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while tele calling
- Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients
Skills
- Good command over English , Hindi & Marathi
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
