We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Executive to support our sales team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients interested in digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, email outreach campaigns, lead filtration, database management, and initial client engagement to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Research and identify potential businesses that may require digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects from various online and offline sources.
- Filter and qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as industry, company size, website status, and marketing requirements.
- Verify prospect information and maintain accurate CRM records.
Email Marketing & Outreach
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate interest in digital marketing services.
- Create personalized outreach emails and follow-up sequences.
- Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and responses.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
Presales Support
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and marketing challenges.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service information documents.
CRM & Reporting
- Update and manage CRM systems with lead status, communication history, and follow-up activities.
- Track lead conversion metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in presales, lead generation, email marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Content Marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and email automation tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and website technologies.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and client pain points.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
