Entry-Level Sales Executive: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000/month
Senior Sales Executive: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month
Job Description
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Retail Sales Executive to handle in-store sales, customer interactions, and day-to-day retail sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features and recommend suitable products.
- Handle in-store sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product presentation and store displays.
- Handle billing and basic inventory-related activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at the store.
- Support day-to-day retail store operations.
Requirements
- Prior retail/fashion sales experience preferred/required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Target-oriented and sales-focused approach.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Basic understanding of billing and inventory processes.
- Willingness to work on a roster basis.
