Job Description:
PrepScale (Educational App) is looking for a Telecalling & Customer Support Executive to talk to students and guide them about our online competitive exam courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call students who register or show interest in our app.
- Explain course details and help them take admissions.
- Solve basic student queries politely.
Requirements:
- Excellent speaking skills in Malayalam is a must.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Salary:
₹8,000 - ₹15,000 / month + Attractive Incentives per admission.
