Designation - Credit Counselor
Experience - 6 months to 1 year
We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our BPO team in the international banking collections process. The role involves interacting with customers to rescheduling the overdue loan / credit card payments with maintaining professionalism and compliance with banking regulations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills .
- Basic knowledge of banking products, loans, and credit card process.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM .
Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO collections, tele calling, sales or banking sectors.
