Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tattoo artists, piercers, front desk staff, and support teams.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring workplace compliance.
- Handle employee queries and support a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and performance review processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, retail, beauty, wellness, creative, or service industries.
- Knowledge of payroll and labor law compliance.
- Experience with employee engagement programs.
