Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist children, parents, and visitors with a friendly attitude.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, bookings, and appointments.
- Manage ticketing, billing, visitor records, and front desk operations.
- Explain play packages, memberships, birthday party plans, and offers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a great customer experience.
- Assist with birthday party and event coordination.
- Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, billing software, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the hospitality, preschool, or kids' entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
