Limelight Coworks is hiring a Front Desk Administrator for our Sector 127, Noida centre. This is a full-time, on-site role from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, members and walk-ins professionally
- Handle front desk calls, enquiries, visitor records and basic coordination
- Support meeting room bookings, member assistance and day-to-day admin follow-ups
- Coordinate with housekeeping, operations and management teams
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
Requirements:
- Good spoken communication and professional presentation
- Comfortable with basic computer/admin work
- Reliable for daily office timing from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Able to commute to Sector 127, Noida
- Prior front desk, receptionist, customer service or admin experience is useful, but motivated freshers may also apply
Salary: Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 in-hand per month. Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
