Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our HR team as an IT Recruiter. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in Talent Acquisition to learn end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — while working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to fulfill staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and support initial HR interview rounds.
- Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Support salary discussions and offer rollout processes under guidance.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment databases and ATS records.
- Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Required Skills / Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (any stream); MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Basic familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster is a plus (not mandatory).
- Interest in understanding IT technologies and skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹144,000.00 per year
