Roots TechVision Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Noida, Sector 64.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the BPO industry.
Proven ability to acquire new Domestic & International clients and generate new business.
Strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, proposal management, negotiation, and deal closure.
Experience in securing Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Support, Technical Support, Chat, Email Support, Back Office, and other BPO projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
A results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
