Job Title: Assistant Sales Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records.
- Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with company policies.
Requirement:
- Experience in the gold/jewellery industry is mandatory
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
