CAMCARE CCTV Systems is looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to develop our CCTV dealer and reseller network across Tiruchirappalli and surrounding districts.
The selected candidate will visit CCTV dealers, computer shops, electrical shops, security-system installers and technicians, introduce CAMCARE products and convert them into active dealers.
Job Location
The candidate will be based in Tiruchirappalli and should be willing to travel across:
- Tiruchirappalli
- Thanjavur
- Kumbakonam
- Pudukkottai
- Pattukkottai
- Aranthangi
- Peravurani
- Nearby towns within approximately 200 kilometres
Roles and Responsibilities
- Visit CCTV dealers, computer shops, electrical shops and security-system installers.
- Introduce CAMCARE CCTV products and dealer benefits.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and resellers.
- Develop strong business relationships with existing dealers.
- Explain product features, pricing, warranty and dealer margins.
- Share catalogues, price lists and promotional materials.
- Collect dealer requirements and generate sales orders.
- Follow up with interested dealers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly dealer-development and sales targets.
- Collect payments from dealers when required.
- Submit daily dealer-visit and follow-up reports.
- Update dealer details, requirements and next follow-up dates in the company CRM.
- Gather competitor-brand, pricing and market information.
- Coordinate with the CAMCARE office regarding stock, dispatch and warranty support.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, CCTV, IT hardware, networking, electrical products or security systems will be an advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Must be willing to travel regularly within assigned territories.
- Good Tamil communication and convincing skills are required.
- Basic smartphone, Google Maps and WhatsApp knowledge is required.
- Candidate should be self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Candidate must be comfortable meeting new dealers and shop owners.
- Basic English reading ability is preferred.
