The OT Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, supervision, and smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre complex. The role includes manpower management, scheduling, infection control compliance, equipment maintenance, patient safety, OT utilization, coordination with surgeons/anesthetists, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and accreditation standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
