Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with driver partners regarding pending dues and payments.
- Make regular calls to drivers and ensure timely payment collection.
- Track payment commitments and follow up on Promise-to-Pay (PTP) cases.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update daily status.
- Escalate long-pending or difficult cases to the reporting manager.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly collection targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly collection reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
