We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, and representing the company in a professional manner. Multilingual communication skills are essential for engaging with diverse customers.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
- Promote and explain company products/services to clients clearly and confidently.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
- Ensure timely payment collection and proper documentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Language Requirements for the Candidate:
- Mandatory:
- English – Must be able to speak and understand
- Tamil – Must be able to speak and understand
- Additional (Optional but Advantageous):
- Malayalam – Speaking & comprehension skills
- Hindi – Speaking & comprehension skills
- Telugu – Speaking & comprehension skills
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
