Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven freshers for the role of Customer Success Manager. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining demat account benefits, and assisting them in the account opening process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain features and benefits of Demat & Trading Accounts
- Generate interest and convert leads into account openings
- Guide clients through the account opening process (KYC, documentation, etc.)
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling
- Basic understanding of stock market (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)

Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum (3 LPA)
- Probation Period: 3 months
- In-hand Salary during Probation: ₹15,000 per month
