Role Description
Responsible for leading the café’s coffee operations, ensuring consistently high-quality beverages, smooth service, and adherence to café standards. The role also involves guiding the barista team and maintaining a clean, organised bar environment.
Job Description
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks to set quality standards.
- Lead and support the barista team during daily operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Handle coffee equipment and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other bar supplies.
- Train new team members on beverage preparation and service standards.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at the bar.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a café or specialty coffee environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
