Job Title: Operations & Logistics Analyst (L2)
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 4–6 Years
Industry Preference: E-commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain (Customized Products)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners, and vendors for timely order dispatch.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operational processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce Operations & Logistics.
- Hands-on experience in Order Fulfillment and Shipment Management.
- Good understanding of Dispatch, Inventory, and Warehouse Coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, Reports).
- Experience in MIS Reporting and Data Analysis.
- Knowledge of Courier Management (DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.).
- Experience with ERP, OMS, or WMS systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Operations & Logistics.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably handling customized products.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
