Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Business Development Executive who can drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and support expansion into new accounts. This role blends inside sales, key account management, and outbound business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo; connect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads against the target customer profile to ensure relevance and fit.
- Product/Service Pitch: Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition to prospects.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with leads, addressing queries and concerns professionally to move them through the sales funnel.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow-up & Nurturing: Schedule timely follow-ups via calls/emails to keep leads engaged.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B business development (internship experience accepted).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (both verbal & written).
- Familiarity with tools such as Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
- Comfortable using CRMs and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking leads and conversions.
- A proactive, learning-driven mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
