About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with experience in the Retail or Hospitality industry to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage teams, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor service quality and ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage staff schedules and operational planning
- Track operational performance and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Handle operational issues and resolve them efficiently
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail or Hospitality operations
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage operational processes
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Experience managing teams or handling store/outlet operations
